Applications for admission to the college will be accepted immediately after the publication of the HSSLC results. Admission is conducted as per the government college rules.

Admission Criteria (Policy)

  • Students who have passed class XII in their representative streams or an equivalent examination from a recognised board in India, shall be eligible for admission into the 1st Semester of FYUP.
  • Students who have passed class XII or an equivalent examination from a recognised Board in India or abroad have the option to change to Arts stream.
  • Students who have passed XII or an equivalent examination in a particular year will be given preference for admission during the same year.
  • Few seats are reserved for differently abled students.
  • All admissions shall be based on merit and in accordance with the reservation policy of the Government of Meghalaya.
